The final three months of 2026 are not just an ending.Ā They're a bridge between two years. And before we cross it, I want you to know exactly what you're working with.

There will be something I say on September 28 that you'll write in your workbook, underline, maybe put a little star beside...
And then six weeks later something will happen and you'll think: OH MY GOD. THAT'S WHAT SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT.
It happens every. single. Time. But that's not because I'm sitting there predicting exactly what's going to happen in your life. That's not the point.
The point is that when you understand the energy you're moving through, you recognize what is happening while it's happening.
You see the opportunity sooner. You understand why something suddenly feels different. You stop trying to force something whose season has ended. You know when it's time to move.You know when it's time to wait.You notice the invitation you might otherwise have walked straight past. You have context. And context changes everything.

There is a reason we do this every three months.Ā
I love quarterly planning. And of course I do.Ā Because numerologically, it's kind of perfect.
A year gives us: 4 groups of 3.
Four is structure. Foundation. The container that holds something.
Three is creation. Expression. Movement. The energy that wants to make something.
So when you break a year into four quarters of three months each, you are essentially giving structure to creation.
And THAT is how I want us to work with energy.
Not:Ā Here's exactly what I'm going to do for the next 365 days and absolutely nothing will change.
Good luck with that. š
But also not:Ā I'm just going to see what happens and hope the Universe sends me a strongly worded memo.
There is a place in between.Ā Structure + responsiveness.Ā
We create a container. We look ahead. We make decisions. And then we live. Three months later, we come back. We zoom out again. What happened? What changed? Who are you now? What information do you have now that you couldn't possibly have had three months ago?
And knowing all of THATā¦ What do you want to do next?
That's why these quarterly forecasts have become such important anchors in my work.
They're not about controlling the future. They're about meeting it consciously.
And Look atĀ Where We've Already Been:

This is one of the reasons I love doing these forecasts quarterly. Because when we zoom out, we get to see something we couldn't possibly have seen while we were standing inside of it.
The quarters tell a story. And holy, has 2026 told us a story.
We started Q1 by going BEYOND LOGIC. The beginning of this 1 year was about reclaiming our power. Trusting what we knew before we could prove it. Remembering that your next move wasn't necessarily going to come from another spreadsheet, strategy or pros-and-cons list.
It was about coming back to yourself. Reclaim your power. Trust yourself. Go first.
And then came Q2: PLAY TO PROSPER.
Or, as I lovingly referred to it: Fuck around and find out. š
Because once you've reclaimed your power, you actually have to DO something with it. Try things. Experiment. Follow what feels interesting. Stop requiring every idea to come with a five-year business plan before you're willing to touch it. Play gave us information. We couldn't THINK our way into what was next. We had to experience our way there.
And then came Q3: SEASON OF LIGHT.
Suddenly, we could see. The things we'd been playing with became clearer. The things that weren't working became clearer too. We were asked to illuminate what was already there. To notice. To acknowledge. To become more visible. And eventually, all of that brought us to September:
THE POWER OF ONE.
Who are you?
After everything you've reclaimed...
everything you've tried...everything you've learned...everything that's been illuminated...
Who are you now?
Because THAT is the person entering Q4.
And this is where the entire year starts to make sense.

You don't need another identity. You don't need another reinvention.You don't need to throw everything away and start again on January 1st. You need to take everything this year has shown you and allow it to become part of how you actually live. That's renewal. Not becoming someone new.
Meeting your life again as the person you've become. And maybe that's why I keep seeing a final curtain call at the end of this quarter. Because December isn't asking us to quietly sneak out the back door of 2026. It's asking us to walk onto the stage. To stand there as the person who went beyond logic. Who reclaimed her power. Who fucked around and found out. Who stepped into the light. Who remembered the power of ONE. And to actually acknowledge her.
Take the damn bow. And then look around. Because you're not standing on that stage alone.One by one, we each step forward.We each take our bow. And then we come back together. We join hands. And we bow again. From ONE to TWO.
From independence to interdependence. From individual power to collective possibility.From 2026 into 2027. THAT is the bridge we're crossing in Q4. And I want us to cross it consciously.
Q4 FEELS LIKE RENEWAL.
Not reinvention.
Ā
I want to make that distinction.
Because I don't think you're being asked to burn your life down and emerge on January 1st as Jessica 2.0 with a new morning routine and seventeen goals.
Please don't. š
Renewal is different.
Renewal brings new life to what is already there.
A renewed sense of self.
A renewed sense of purpose.
A renewed relationship with your work.
Your body.
Your people.
Your dreams.
Your life.
You may discover that you don't actually need a new direction.
You simply needed to meet your existing direction as the person you've become.
And that is the energy I want us to explore together.
THIS ISN'T JUST A FORECAST.
IT'S AN EXPERIENCE.

I don't want you leaving this call with twelve pages of notes about numerology.
I want you to leave different than you arrived.
I want you to understand the story these final three months are telling.
I want you to recognize where you are inside of that story.
I want you to see what might be trying to emerge.
What may need space.
Where you may be exerting control when life is asking for trust.
Where you're being invited to step forward.
Where you're being invited to let someone else step forward.
Where you might be swimming against a current that could actually carry you.
And most importantly:
I want you to know how YOU want to move through it.
Because energy isn't an instruction.
It is information.
And when you know what you're working with, you have choices.

This is one of my favourite things about October.
Every October, numerologically, we step into the energy of the following year.
I think of it like watching the movie trailer.
You get glimpses.
Characters appear.
Themes emerge.
You may see something that makes you think, Ohhhh. THAT'S where we're going.
But remember:
A trailer isn't the movie.
You're still writing the damn thing.
And that's exactly why I want us having this conversation before Q4 begins.
Because the final quarter isn't just about finishing 2026.
It's where we begin building the bridge between the 1 energy of this year and the 2 energy of 2027.
Between self and relationship.
Independence and interdependence.
Individual power and collective possibility.
And I want you conscious for that crossing.
