Intro: [00:00:00] Welcome to Energetic Advantage, the podcast where energy isn't woo, it's your edge. I'm your host, Jessica Cerato. Intuitive strategist, lifelong pattern decoder, lover of numbers, and energetic guide for visionary leaders. Around. Here we go. Energy first, strategy second. Every episode will give you a perspective, a tool, or a timeline shift that helps you lead from your power.
Because the truth is your energy is your most undervalued asset. Until you learn how to use it, get ready. You're about to have the advantage. Let's begin.
Wow, wow, wow. I am just coming off one of the most epic weekends to date. On Friday night, we had the official launch of the Inner Compass app. It was a beautiful event. We had so much fun. People met new people. Ugh, [00:01:00] it was just so amazing. And around that event, I hosted 11 women here in Vancouver to really hone in on the energy of 2027 and lock in to what is coming next.
And I am just high on life, I guess you can describe it. And if you haven't yet downloaded the Inner Compass app, literally, what are you waiting for? The feedback, the ahas, the messages I am getting are just amazing. And of course, with the launch, we are still actively now already in 2.0. This app is epic, and if you know anything about me, I continually want to make things better, not just for myself, but anyone around you.
And so the time is now to get in there and also provide feedback. Let us know what [00:02:00] you want, , to support you as we shift and change into this energy. , Actually today, we are starting the Inner Compass Launch Experience, which is the online launch of the app and a week-long event where all of you can join in.
It's completely free. It's done in another app called Telegram. And every day, , I'll be in there answering questions, providing more nuance to the energy, recording activations, doing live coaching, doing personal readings. We're also gonna have a really fun bingo game, , where you'll be challenged to do different activities.
And when you fill your bingo board, you're gonna get the chance to win a lot of amazing prizes. So it's not too late. Get in there now. We'll put everything in the show notes. , And, again, I can't say this enough, download the app. You have a free seven-day trial, , and right away, the first thing you do is put in your birth date.[00:03:00]
And I hope that tells you everything about this app because this is about you honing your own inner compass and trusting more of your true north. - Yeah. And so today I'm just so excited to be sharing with you the November energy forecast. , You know, I've met so many new people, I have a lot of new listeners.
, And so to share a little bit of what I like to do in these forecasts is to give you this overarching energy, what we can expect for the month of November, so that you can better prepare and when you're in it, know what's happening so you can adjust. , So I'll be sharing about these overarching themes, what I'm seeing and feeling.
I have some time periods in November. November actually feels like a split month, so I'll be sharing a little bit more about that. But if you want the daily forecasts, , and more detail and more precision, that's where you wanna go, to the app. I was talking a little bit here to preface the start of this forecast because the [00:04:00] start of this forecast in three, two, one, is going to be me singing.
Because the very first thing that came through for me when I tapped into the energy of November was this song. Let's see if you can guess it. Three is a magic number. Yes, it is. It's the magic number. Three, six, nine, twelve, fifteen, eighteen, twenty-one, twenty-four, twenty-seven, thirty. It's the magic number.
Okay. Does anyone else remember that song? I may be dating myself. You know, I do turn forty-seven in just a few days, but that was Schoolhouse Rock! Remember that show when we were little? And I cannot get it out of my head. Every time I sit down to think about November, there it is again. Three is a magic number, but it's the magic comes from [00:05:00] mundane places.
How is the number three magic? , That's what we're gonna explore today, because November twenty twenty-six is a twelve slash three universal month, and how we get to that number is we take the number that's present in the month, so we have eleven, we add that to the energy of the year, which is two zero two six, and that's how we get three, with underlying energy of the twelve.
And, you know, after that song came through, and I sang it about a million times, the phrase that I wanna share with you came through, and it is: Create space to create. I want you to sit with that for a second. Create space- To create. Because we're about to have a really interesting conversation about what possibility, creativity, comparison, the way we [00:06:00] use technology, and what happens when we finally give ourselves some room to imagine.
And this is especially important after the month that we have just experienced, because October was activating. I don't know about you... Well, I do know about you. I know it was activating. But for some of you, that activation showed up as these beautiful synchronicities, right? Connections, conversations, moments where something just clicked.
And for others, the activation was triggering. Things came to the surface. Relationships shifted. Old stories resurfaced. Maybe you saw something about yourself or someone else that you just can't unsee. And also, perhaps like me, you've experienced a little bit of everything. But here's what I want to explore today.
So what? What happens after the activation? If you have ever done any work with me, you know that is the most [00:07:00] favorite, and also I understand, sometimes most annoying question that I ask, which is, "So what?" I don't work with numerology to give you more information. I don't work with a modality to just learn something.
It's like, no, , so what? What are you gonna do with this to actually make your life what you want it to be? And so what happens after this activation? What do we do with everything that we've come to know? And especially for this three month, what do we do with the space that this knowing creates And so when I close my eyes and feel into the energy of November, I see a blank canvas.
And I'm laughing because many of you know I work with an incredible artist, Rachel Frisk, and she really translates my visuals, my visualizations into art. And I'm laughing because this month I'm like, "Hey, Rachel, we got a blank canvas." Don't [00:08:00] worry, I gave some other things to her. But it does really feel like that.
But it feels white, it feels expansive, it feels peaceful. And then across that canvas, I see geese flying in a V formation. We'll come back to the geese because I think there's something very powerful in that image. But first, I wanna talk about the canvas. Because when I see it, when I experience a blank canvas, I do feel this incredible sense of peace.
Nothing has been decided, nothing has been painted. Literally anything is possible. And isn't that just such a beautiful feeling? Until it isn't right? Because here's the thing about the energy of the three. The three is creative, it's expressive, it's playful, it's imaginative. It loves entertainment and excitement and possibility.
It's like the energy of the child who looks at a blank piece of paper and sees a thousand things that they could make, But I want you to [00:09:00] think and feel into the shape of the three, right? It is completely open on one side and completely closed on the other. So what I just described was that open side of the three.
But just like every number, the three has that flow side, but it also has that friction side, that closed side, right? And that same blank canvas that feels very exciting can suddenly become incredibly overwhelming. Well, what am I gonna create? Where do I start? What if I choose the wrong thing? What if someone else is already doing it?
What if I'm wasting my time? What if I don't do enough? And suddenly this beautiful blank canvas has become an other thing on our to-do list The canvas hasn't changed, but our relationship with it has. You know, the canvas isn't asking anything of us. It doesn't have a deadline. It isn't comparing itself to another canvas.
It isn't asking us to [00:10:00] justify what we're about to put on it. It's simply available, and this is one of November's biggest invitations. Can you be in the presence of possibility without immediately turning it into a decision? Can you allow something to remain open? Can you enjoy the idea that anything is possible without feeling responsible for doing everything?
There's a really big difference between those two things. You can do anything. You cannot do everything, and that's where the magic begins So again, coming back to this, October that we're just finishing, if October is activating, if it was activating, November is giving us this opportunity to consider what those activations have made possible.
And I'm telling you, even if you [00:11:00] cannot see it or realize it yet, they did create possibility. You just had to give yourself enough space to see it. There's this concept, , that is called, the universal law of the vacuum. The idea that when we clear something out, we make room for something new.
But if we're not intentional about it, it gets filled with just something else. And, you know, we understand this intellectually. We c- clear out a closet, just say our clothes, and suddenly we can see what we own, right? , Or if you end a commitment, if you always had something on Wednesdays at 6:00, when you don't have that anymore, well, you have more time.
We let go of an old belief, and then , we begin to see the possibilities that just weren't available to us before But here's really the crux of this. I notice with so many people that we are often incredibly uncomfortable with the space that we have worked so hard to create. [00:12:00] We leave a relationship, and before we even exhale, we immediately wonder, who's next?
We finish a project, and instead of taking a beat to celebrate, or heaven forbid, rest, we just start planning another one. We look at our calendar and we have a free afternoon, and we're like, "Okay, how do I make this productive?" We receive a beautiful realization or activation about our lives, and we're like, "Okay, what am I supposed to do with this right now?"
And November kind of asks us here, okay, what would happen if you just give yourself a little bit more room? What if the space itself is valuable? What if the pause is part of the creative process? And again, just think about that artist standing in front of a blank canvas. They might spend some time looking at it.
They might walk away. They might change their mind. And they may intentionally keep part of the canvas blank. That is all part of [00:13:00] creating. Creation begins with capacity, and capacity requires space. And I think sometimes we are so eager to see what comes next that we miss the incredible possibility of where we are now.
So November is asking you to leave a little room for what you haven't imagined yet. Because how can something unexpected find its way into your life when you've already scheduled every minute, committed to every opportunity, and decided exactly what everything is supposed to look like? You've got to give possibility somewhere to land Now there's another layer of November that I wanna bring into this conversation, and it's really the divide that I was feeling and mentioned at the beginning of the podcast today.
It's really rooted in what's happening astrologically, which of course is so connected to the work I do with numbers and numerology. So we're beginning the month in Scorpio season, and we move [00:14:00] into Sagittarius season around November 22nd. And this progression I feel is just so on point this year because Scorpio is associated with depth, with transformation, truth.
It's like that energy that invites us to look beneath the surface, to get curious about what's really going on. Like I said in the beginning, my birthday's in a few months. I am a Scorpio, and I go deep. It is the depth. And then comes Sagittarius, which is expansion, adventure, optimism, exploration, and freedom.
And can you see how beautifully this connects to what we've been talking about? Scorpio, ready or not, comes in and clears the space, and in many ways it can be ruthless. And then Sagittarius explores what's possible within that. And there's something really important about this sequence, right? Because I know a lot of times we wanna jump straight to the expansion.
We want the new opportunities, the [00:15:00] excitement, the adventure, the next big thing But the transformation is what makes the expansion possible. What would happen if we actually gave ourself time to experience the space that we've created before we rush to fill it? And this brings me to another interesting part of November, which is retrogrades.
Now, I know that word can make people nervous, , especially because I think a lot of fear and just, like, how people , perpetuate it on social media, especially - Mercury retrograde, right? So, "Oh my gosh, Mercury's in retrograde. Don't sign anything. Don't make any decisions. Don't start anything new.
Your technology is gonna break. Your relationships are gonna fall apart." And I always find this conversation just so fascinating because, , first, , let's break down the facts and the science about this, and I guarantee you that once you [00:16:00] hear me say this, you will never look at retrogrades the same again.
Because let's talk about what a retrograde actually is. From an astronomical perspective, science, a planet in retrograde appears to be moving backward across the sky from our position here on Earth, but the planet hasn't actually reversed direction in its orbit around the sun. It's like this optical effect created by the relative movement of the planets.
Just, like, think about driving down the highway. You're traveling faster than the car beside you, and as you pass it, that car appears to be moving backwards relative to you. But we know it's still moving forward. The movement hasn't reversed, but your perspective has changed. And I love that, right? Because how often does that happen in our lives?[00:17:00]
We think we're going backwards. We think that we're revisiting something that we should have already figured out. We find ourselves having a familiar conversation, like reconsidering an old decision, or like returning to an idea that we thought that we've moved beyond. And we immediately assume that something has gone wrong.
But what if you're simply seeing it from a different perspective? What if there's something available to us now that we could not recognize before? And so when we take it into the energy, retrogrades are often associated with reflection, like review, revisiting. And yes, I think those are beautiful invitations.
But here's where I wanna challenge this conversation a little bit. A retrograde is an invitation to pay attention. It's not permission to give away your power. 'Cause again, like I hear people blame a Mercury retrograde for everything. That email didn't send, that conversation went sideways, the [00:18:00] plans change.
And listen, life happens. Miscommunication happens. Technology breaks. Plans change. And yes, they happen when planets are in retrograde, but they also happen when the planets are moving direct. And I think we have to be really careful about how quickly we give something outside of ourselves responsibility for what's happening in our lives.
Because the moment we do that, we also give away our ability to respond intentionally. So instead of asking, "Okay, like I wonder what Mercury retrograde is going to do to me?" It's like, okay, what if this is an opportunity to reconsider? What am I being invited to look at differently? What deserves another conversation?
What have I learned since the last time I encountered this situation? And what might I understand that I didn't understand then, and how does that make how I respond different? And here's something super interesting about [00:19:00] this specific time, November 2026. We begin the month with five major planets in retrograde: Mercury, Venus, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune.
And on November 13th, both Mercury and Venus turn direct. Now, Mercury is associated with communication, with thinking and how we process information, and Venus is associated with relationships, , values, what matters to us. And I just find it fascinating that both of these planets change their apparent direction at almost the same time.
Imagine the , symbolism of that. We've been reconsidering how we think. We've been reconsidering what we value. We've been revisiting our relationships, our choices, and perhaps even the way we communicate with ourselves. And now there's an invitation to move forward with a different understanding Here's the question.
What happens when the way you [00:20:00] think and the things you value begin moving in the same direction? Now, listen, I wanna be clear. I don't believe that a planet turning direct means that suddenly everything is, in your life is gonna fall into place. We still have choices to make. We still have responsibility and free will for the way we participate in our lives.
But I do think we can use this energetic cycle as opportunities for awareness you know, when I first wrote this forecast, retrograde came through very strongly. .. You probably noticed, it's - I don't really talk a lot about astrology or what's happening with the other planets. Sometimes I do. , You know, in the Inner Compass app, I'm always talking about the full moons and the new moons , and that comes into it.
But there was something in me that was like, ah, retrograde and what the planets are doing this month just feels very relevant. And no surprise, when I did the math, the word [00:21:00] retrograde equals 75. 7 plus 5 is 12. 1 plus 2 equals 3. So retrograde holds the exact same energy as the 12/3 that we are talking about.
And so this energy of the 12/3, remember that 3 is such a creative, imaginative, possibility-filled energy. But sometimes the most powerful creative thing that we can do is revisit something familiar with fresh eyes. Like an idea you put aside, or a project you never finished, or a relationship that you understand differently now, a dream that has changed shape as you've changed.
Revisiting something does not mean that you are repeating yourself. You are bringing everything that you've learned and experienced since the last time you were there And so here's how I'm looking at this progression of November. We begin in that Scorpio season, right? What are we ready to [00:22:00] release? What we've come to understand in this retrograde inviting us to reflect, reconsider.
And then as we move towards Sagittarius season, and as we come out of retrograde in those two planets, we begin opening ourselves up to exploration, to possibility, and expansion. It's like we are being invited to clear the canvas, look at it with fresh eyes, and then allow ourselves to imagine what we might create with it.
And here's the thing, you don't have to know what you're going to paint just because the canvas is empty. You can enjoy the space. You can be curious. You can play. You can allow your understanding to evolve because moving forward isn't about moving faster. It's like giving yourself room to see things differently.
Again, coming back to this powerful phrase, create space to create. And again, that kind of links into this next concept I wanna talk about, which you hear a lot of people talking about FOMO, the fear of missing [00:23:00] out. But I'm bringing , in my opinion, the more interesting counterpart, which is JOMO, the joy of missing out.
And think about the three for a moment. This is an energy that loves possibility, fun, people, experiences, ideas, entertainment. There is so much excitement available in the three. But the friction or disempowered expression can look like doing too much because you're afraid of not doing enough or missing out.
So say you're saying yes to everything, you're starting a hundred things, you're spreading yourself so thin that you have no energy left for the things that actually matter to you. And so I wanna ask you something, and this might be a tough question for some of you. How much of what you are doing right now is coming from genuine desire?
And how much of it is coming from the fear of being left behind? Do you see how these are such different energies?
I want you to feel into the times that [00:24:00] you say yes because you're excited. And then I want you to feel into the times that you say yes because you are afraid of what happens if you don't. What if they forget about me? What if everyone else is there? What if this is gonna be the opportunity that changes everything?
What if I miss my chance? And before we know it, our beautiful blank canvas is covered in everyone else's invitation. So I love the idea of JOMO for November. The joy of missing out is actually the joy of choosing, the joy of having an afternoon with absolutely nothing planned, the joy of knowing that something wonderful can happen without you being there, the joy of trusting that your life is so beautifully full even when you aren't participating in everything that's available, and the joy and the anchoring into the belief what is meant for you [00:25:00] will not miss you.
What is meant for you will not miss you
Every yes takes up space on your canvas, and I really want you to think about what you're choosing to put there Okay, we cannot talk about the friction of the disempowered side of the three without talking about comparison. Because comparison and judgment are going to be the important things to watch for in this energy.
And there's a saying that we've all heard, which is comparison is the thief of joy. But I actually wanna take that further because I think comparison does something even more significant than that. Comparison in this metaphor turns a blank canvas into a scoreboard. Think about it. You have an idea, something comes to you, you're excited about it, you can feel it.
Maybe you don't have the words for it yet, but you're like, "Ah, I know something's there." And then you turn around, and you see what someone else is doing. You see how far ahead they are. [00:26:00] You see how beautifully they've packaged their idea. You see their audience, their results, their, again, quote unquote, "success."
And suddenly you're no longer exploring your idea, you're measuring it. You have gone from creator to critic before you have even begun. And this is what I find so fascinating about comparison. It takes something that could have been completely original and starts shaping it into something that already exists.
The moment you compare, you trade imagination for imitation and limitation. Now, I'm not saying we can't learn from other people. Of course, we can. Inspiration is everywhere. But I want you to really pay attention to what happens inside you when you encounter someone else's creation. , Does it expand your imagination, or [00:27:00] does it make you question your own?
November is going to give you plenty of opportunities to notice that distinction, especially when we are surrounded by so much content, so many opinions, and so many examples of what everyone else is doing. Here's what I want you to remember: your creative process is as individual as your fingerprint And so to best explain this concept, I'm gonna bring you into the one of my most favorite parts of m- of numerology, which is the energy grid.
Okay? In the energy grid, it looks like a tic-tac-toe board. So there's nine spaces, and each number has a home base where its frequency lives. And if we just think about November being a one, two, three month, the one starts in the bottom left-hand side of the grid, the two is one space above it, and the three is on the top space on the left.
[00:28:00] So we have that one, the energy of individuality, initiative, and beginning. It's a very physical energy. Then we have the two, which is the energy of relation, of intuition, of receptivity, and connection. It's a very emotional energy. And then we have the three Creation, expression, imagination. That's the mental energy.
Do you see how it works upward from the body to the heart to the mind? And there's something really interesting about this idea that creation emerges through relationship, the relationship between an idea and the experience of that idea, between what we know and what we're discovering. Bringing in that energy grid here, if you look at that three, it connects in three different pathways.
So yes, the three sits on top of the two, so it connects to the two. It also connects diagonally to the five. The five is in that center [00:29:00] position, and then it connects to the six, which is directly to the right of it on that top plane. And depending on the pathway, we move towards a different destination.
So if we move from the three through the two, we get to the one. If we move from the three through the five, we get to the seven, and if we move through the six, we move towards the nine. Okay? So if we remember that two is our emotional world, the five is the center of our lived experience, and the six connects to the third eye.
When we're talking about creativity, this mathematically explains why we do not all create in the same way. Some of us need to emotionally with something before we can bring it into form. Some of us need to move through our heart, through our experiences, through what we're actually living, and some of us connect through [00:30:00] vision, through seeing patterns and possibilities and bringing different perspectives together.
There are three different ways... Well, more than that, but if I'm looking at this mathematically, there are different ways to move this idea through us, different ways of knowing, expressing, creating, and that's such an important conversation to have because, like I said, comparison is going to be so loud.
Why are we comparing creative processes that were never designed to be identical? Some people need to talk an idea through. Some people need to sit quietly. Some need to move their bodies. Some need to experience before they can understand it. , There is no universal blueprint for your imagination. And if we can give ourself permission this month to get really curious about how our own creativity works, this is gonna be the secret sauce.
What brings your ideas to life? What helps you connect the dots? What makes you feel inspired? [00:31:00] And what shuts that process down? Because the more you understand your own creative wiring, the more intentionally you can work with it. And because of that, we have to bring in a conversation about AI. This has to be part of the conversation when we talk about creativity.
And I wanna be clear here, I'm not anti-AI. I use it occasionally. I think it's an extraordinary tool. , It helps us research, organize, , automate, analyze, and it makes a lot of parts of our lives easier. , For me specifically, menu planning and cooking, right? But I've been thinking about this. It's like, Are we becoming so efficient at producing that we are forgetting what it feels like to create? Think about how quickly we can fill an empty space now. A blank [00:32:00] document? Generate something. An unanswered question? "Hey, Alexa," or like, ask AI. If you have an idea that hasn't fully formed yet, asking technology to finish it, and suddenly we can produce more than ever before.
But I wanna ask you this: Are we creating more, or are we simply producing more? There's a difference. There's something that happens when you sit with an idea, when you let it develop, when you take a walk, and suddenly something clicks. That's how my creative process works. When you have a conversation that changes your perspective, when you make something and realize halfway through that it wants to become something completely different, that's part of the creative experience, and I don't want us to lose our relationship with that experience simply because we found a faster way to produce an outcome.
So I actually think AI gives us an incredible opportunity here. Outsource the repetition, but [00:33:00] reclaim the imagination. So please use AI to organize your grocery list, to plan your meals, or figure out what to do with the seven random ingredients in your fridge. Like 100%, that's what I do. But, you know, maybe don't ask it to write your wedding vows.
Maybe don't ask it to discover your life's purpose. , I'm laughing. There has been such an increase... I've heard so much about this. I am, , not on the dating apps. I've been with my husband for twenty-six years. But I've heard so much of people on the dating apps or, , trying to connect with people that, , they get a message from someone or-- and it's like, "Oh, well, how do I respond?"
And they're asking AI to, like, form a response. Okay, number one, if I used AI to respond to every text or message I got, I think I'd be wasting so much time. Like, it's so much easier to be [00:34:00] yourself, number one. But number two, you see how, , you're losing out on that process of dating. And so much so, I can't believe I'm even talking about this, I was laughing at this the other day, of, , you know, when I was doing my in-person event, and I had been talking so much about how in person will be kind of this next wave, , that comes through for successful businesses.
And I was driving to, , , the spa day of the event, and I heard on the radio that Tinder is actually introducing and bringing in more in-person experiences to the app. And , I think this is one of the reasons why. , Do you wanna date a person or do you wanna date an AI version of that person?
Anyway, that was a tangent. What this means for me is, yeah, let technology help with the mundane things. Let it organize. Let it give you back some time. And then I want you to do something extraordinary with that time. I want you to think. I [00:35:00] want you to wonder. I want you to experiment. I want you to play. I want you to be curious.
I want you to be willing to have an idea that doesn't make sense yet, because your imagination definitely deserves some uninterrupted time with you. And I wanna bring this back to something that I talk about all the time, which is your life is the curriculum. Your experiences, your relationships, your observations, your mistakes, your moments of knowing, all of those things inform the way you see the world.
And that perspective is such an extraordinary part of what you bring to anything you create. So this month, I want you to be intentional about preserving that space. Let yourself have the unfinished thought. Let yourself ask the question before looking for the answer. Let yourself, for the love of all things holy, let yourself experience something without [00:36:00] immediately needing to turn it into content.
Let yourself be a human being with an imagination, because the measure of your creativity is not the volume of your output
And here's me. So in my creative process, the geese just came back in. So I told you we'd come back to the geese. Now is the time to come back to the geese. Okay. That enormous white canvas, that beautiful open sky, and across it, this formation of geese flying in a V And the more I sit with it, the more I love what it represents.
And it also brings me back to seventh grade Mrs. Vanderhoff's seventh-grade creative writing class, where I actually wrote a poem about this because it was so fascinating to me about the way geese fly together. When they fly in a V formation, the birds benefit, of course, from the air currents created by the birds ahead of them.
The [00:37:00] formation helps them make their journey, either south or north, more efficient. And they communicate as they fly, right? The leadership position can change. Sometimes you're in the front, sometimes you're following, sometimes your contribution is like holding your place in the formation, and every single one of those position matters.
And now I want you to imagine that you're standing on the ground looking up at these geese. What do you see? From this perspective, you on the ground, you see the V, you see the pattern, you see the collective movement, you see them heading somewhere together. But now I want you to imagine shifting your perspective.
Imagine you're one of these geese. You seen that movie Migration? It's super cute. Okay, imagine you're one of these geese, and suddenly the experience is just completely different ' cause you can feel the movement of the air, you can see the bird beside you, of course, you can feel what it [00:38:00] means to be part of the formation, and you understand your contribution from the inside.
And here's just what I find so beautiful. From the ground, from the outside observer, you see the pattern, but from within the formation, you experience your place in it. And doesn't that just, like, sound like life? , Sometimes we're so focused on our own experience that we forget we're part of something much bigger, and sometimes we're so focused on the bigger picture that we forget the importance of our individual, not only contribution, but experience, and both perspectives matter.
The other thing that I love about this image is, like, the geese are connected in that formation, but they have space between them. They're not running into each other, bumping into each other. They're moving together, but each bird, of course, is flying with its own wings. They're sharing a direction, but they're all occupying, , a different position together without [00:39:00] losing themselves.
And this is such a beautiful conversation as we begin inching towards twenty twenty-seven because the twenty twenty-six year has been about us, , individually. And 2027 being that eleven two is we're gonna be exploring relationship, collaboration, intuition, connection, resonance in some really significant ways.
And I really want you now to start thinking about what genuine collaboration looks like. Collaboration does not require everyone to be the same. It doesn't require everyone to contribute in the same way. It doesn't require one person to lead all the time. Sometimes you lead, sometimes you follow.
Sometimes you need to allow yourself to receive the support that's available to you. And I think for a lot of people, especially those who are accustomed to carrying so much, this is gonna be an important conversation. You can be a powerful contributor without always being at the front. And what if we began to see other people's creativity as something that expands [00:40:00] what's possible for all of us?
Instead of competing for the same space, we discover how our different strengths can work together. Instead of trying to create everything ourselves, can you allow yourself to be part of something bigger? And here's where that magic comes in. So that magic of the three is more about this individual expression.
It's what emerges when different energies or different ideas and different perspectives comes together, and that's the bridge There's one more metaphor that I really wanna leave you with, and this one you're gonna be able to feel in your bones because it's music. We've been talking about the magic of the number three, I keep coming back to this idea of rhythm.
, You know, I played flute in my high school band. I played piano for years. I can read the music. And for me, it's so important when you think about your favorite song, yes, the notes matter, the melody matters, the instruments matter, [00:41:00] but so do the rests. Those space-- the spaces between the notes, right? And I laugh.
I remember, again, maybe so many memories today. My high school band teacher, Mr. Rusnack, he always told us that it-- the rests, like everyone used to rush the rests. And it's like, no, without those spaces, we would lose so much of what makes the music beautiful because the pauses give the music shape. They create this anticipation.
They allow us to feel the rhythm. And just think of this song, , that Whitney Houston song, I Will Always Love You. That iconic moment, right, in the song. Don't worry, I'll sing it for you in a second. And there's this whole trend that you've probably seen where people are trying to match coming in on the exact drum downbeat.
It's like, rest,, rest. And I... Right? [00:42:00] It's that rest. And I often wonder how much we forget about that in our own lives. We think we need to keep going, keep doing, keep producing, keep moving. And sometimes the most important thing we can do is create a little space between everything. Space to notice, to feel, to imagine.
Space makes creation possible. And coming back to this idea of play, because children understand something about creativity that many of us forget as adults. They can create simply because they want to. They paint without knowing what the painting is going to become. They can make something without asking whether it's productive, and they can explore an idea without needing to justify the outcome.
And there's something really beautiful about reconnecting with that part of ourselves this month. That part of us that enjoys possibility, the part of us that can be curious, that can experiment, that remembers how much fun it is to make [00:43:00] something simply because we feel inspired to make it. And maybe the magic of the three is reminding us that creation can be joyful, that our lives can be playful, and that the possibility can be something that we experience rather than something we need to manage So as we move into November, I want you to leave with a few things to think about. First, number one, where in your life are you ready to create some space?
Number two, where have you been turning possibility into pressure? And number three, what would you love to create if you gave yourself permission to enjoy the process? And when I say create, I want you to think bigger than a business or a project or a piece of art. You are creating your life every single [00:44:00] day.
You are the creator through the conversations you have, the relationships you nurture, the decisions that you make, the experiences that you choose, and the way you spend your time, the way you show up for yourself and the people you love. Your life is the curriculum, your life is the strategy, and you are participating in its creation every single day.
So this month, can we be just a little bit more intentional about what we are making room for? Being a bit more comfortable with the things that we've chosen to leave out because there is joy in missing out, there is magic in possibility, and there is wisdom in knowing how you create. Imagine that blank canvas with me just one more time.
That enormous white sky, the geese moving across it, [00:45:00] each one contributing, each one moving, each one part of something bigger. And then look at the space around them. There's still so much room, so much possibility, so much that hasn't been imagined yet. The blank canvas is already full. It's already full of possibility, and November is going to ask you to discover what you want to do with it.
Three is the magic number. Yes, it is. Yes, it is. And I want you to embrace that magic as you head into the month
